Barrnap

Barrnap predicts the location of ribosomal RNA genes in genomes. The barrnap bundle packages version 0.9.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load barrnap
The Barrnap utilities can be run as shown below:

barrnap
The barrnap_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the barrnap bundle.
