Funannotate

Funannotate is a genome prediction, annotation, and comparison software package. The bundle packages version 1.8.17.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load funannotate

The module makes the funannotate command available. The funannotate_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t funannotate for a list of examples.
