Canu

Canu is a fork of the Celera Assembler designed for high-noise single-molecule sequencing. The canu bundle packages version 2.2.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load canu

The canu command can be run as shown as below:

canu

The canu_shell command can be used to access a shell in the canu bundle.

canu_shell
