Bandage

Bandage is used to visualise de novo assembly graphs. The bandage bundle packages version 0.8.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load bandage
Bandage can be run as shown below:

Bandage
The bandage_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the bandage bundle.

bandage_shell
