FragGeneScan¶

FragGeneScan finds fragmented genes in short reads. It can also be used to predict prokaryotic genes in incomplete assemblies or complete genomes. The fraggenescan bundle packages version 1.31.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load fraggenescan`

FragGeneScan can be run as shown below:

1	`FragGeneScan`

The fraggenescan_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the fraggenescan bundle.

1	`fraggenescan_shell`
