Trimmomatic

Trimmomatic is a flexible trimmer for Illumina Sequence Data. The trimmomatic bundle packages version 0.39.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load trimmomatic
The Trimmomatic utilities can be run as shown as below:

trimmomatic
The trimmomatic_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the trimmomatic bundle.
