MultiQC

MultiQC aggregates results from bioinformatics analyses across many samples into a single report. The multiqc bundle packages version 1.14.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load multiqc
The multiqc command can then be run as shown as below:

multiqc
The multiqc_shell command can be run for a shell in the multiqc bundle.

multiqc_shell
