NanoPlot

NanoPlot can be used to plot long read sequencing data and alignments. The bundle packages version 1.44.1.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load nanoplot

The module makes the NanoPlot command available. The nanoplot_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t nanoplot for a list of examples.

NanoPlot should be run on a system with at least 4 GB of RAM and 2 threads.
