MrBayes¶

MrBayes is used for Bayesian inference and model choice across a wide range of phylogenetic and evolutionary models. The mrbayes bundle packages version 3.2.7.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load mrbayes`

The mrbayes command can be run as shown as below:

1 2	`mb mb-mpi`

The mrbayes_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the mrbayes bundle.

1	`mrbayes_shell`
