nf-core¶

nf-core is a community effort to collect a curated set of analysis pipelines built using Nextflow. The bundle packages the dependencies required by nf-core, see the table below for the versions of the included dependencies.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

nf-core can be used by first loading the module in the terminal.

1	`module load nfcore`

After loading the module, the nf-core command can be run in the terminal:

nf-core

The nfcore_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the nfcore bundle.

1	`nfcore_shell`
