freebayes

freebayes is a Bayesian genetic variant detector. The freebayes bundle packages version 1.3.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load freebayes
The freebayes utilities can be run as shown as below:

freebayes
freebayes-parallel
The freebayes_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the freebayes bundle.
