Clustal W

Clustal W is used to align multiple amino acid or nucleotide sequences. The clustalw bundle packages version 2.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load clustalw
Clustal W can be run as shown below:

clustalw
The clustalw_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the clustalw bundle.

clustalw_shell
