BWA

BWA, Burrow-Wheeler Aligner, is used for short-read alignment. The bwa bundle packages version 0.7.17.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load bwa
The bwa command can be run as shown as below:

bwa
The bwa_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the bwa bundle.

bwa_shell
