Bedtools

The bedtools utilities are a swiss-army knife of tools for a wide-range of genomics analysis tasks. The bedtools bundle packages version 2.31.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load bedtools
The bedtools command can be run as shown as below:

bed12ToBed6
bedpeToBam
bedToBam
bedToIgv
The bedtools_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the bedtools bundle.
