SeqMonk

SeqMonk is used to visualise and analyse high throughput mapped sequence data. The bundle packages version 1.48.1.

Usage example

SeqMonk can be loaded by running the following command:

module load seqmonk

SeqMonk can then be run as shown below:

seqmonk

The seqmonk_shell command can be used for low-level access to the shell.

seqmonk_shell
