TaxonKit

TaxonKit is a practical and efficient NCBI taxonomy toolkit. The taxonkit bundle packages version 0.15.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load taxonkit
TaxonKit can be run as shown below:

taxonkit
The taxonkit_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the taxonkit bundle.
