SeqKit

SeqKit is a toolkit for FASTA/Q file manipulation. The seqkit bundle packages version 2.5.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load seqkit
SeqKit can be run as shown below:

seqkit
The seqkit_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the seqkit bundle.

seqkit_shell
