MAFFT¶

Salmon is used to produce a highly-accurate, transcript-level quantification estimates from RNA-seq data. The salmon bundle packages version 1.10.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load salmon`

Salmon can be run as shown below:

salmon

The salmon_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the salmon bundle.

1	`salmon_shell`
