PyMOL

PyMOL is a molecular visualization system. The pymol bundle packages version 2.5.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load pymol
PyMOL can be run as shown below:

pymol
The pymol_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the pymol bundle.

pymol_shell
