OrthoFinder

OrthoFinder is a platform for comparative genomics. The orthofinder bundle packages version 2.5.5.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load orthofinder
OrthoFinder can be run as shown below:

orthofinder
The orthofinder_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the orthofinder bundle.
