IQ-TREE¶
IQ-TREE can be used for phylogenomic inference. The bundle packages version 2.4.0.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The module makes the iqtree and iqtree2 commands available. The
iqtree_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
