IQ-TREE

IQ-TREE can be used for phylogenomic inference. The iqtree bundle packages version 2.2.2.3.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load iqtree
IQ-TREE can be run as shown below:

iqtree
iqtree2
The iqtree_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the iqtree bundle.
