DiTing

DiTing recognizes biogeochemical cycles from environmental omic data accurately and efficiently. The diting bundle packages version 0.9.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load diting
DiTing can be run as shown below:

diting.py
The diting_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the diting bundle.
