CLC Genomics Workbench¶
CLC genomics workbench is a complete toolkit for genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, metagenomic. The bundle packages version 23.0.5.
UFS HPC Usage Example¶
CLC genomics workbench can be run by loadng the module and running the clcbio command:
The clcbio_shell commmand can be used for low-level access to the shell.
License Configuration¶
Configure CLC Genomics Workbench to use the license server: clcbio.ufs.ac.za with the default port.
