CheckM¶

CheckM is a set of tools for assessing the quality of genomes recovered from isolates, single cells, or metagenomes. The checkmgenome bundle packages version 1.2.2.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load checkmgenome`

CheckM can be run as shown as below:

checkm

The checkmgenome_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the checkmgenome bundle.

1	`checkmgenome_shell`
