BBTools

BBTools is a suite of tools designed for the analysis of DNA and RNA sequence data. The bbtools bundle packages version 39.01.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load bbtools

A few of the BBTools commands can be run as shown as below:

bbduk.sh
bbmap.sh
bbmerge.sh
reformat.sh
stats.sh
filterbyname.sh

The remaining commands in the BBTools suite can be run using the bbtools_shell.
