Salmon

Salmon is used to produce a highly accurate, transcript-level quantification estimates from RNA-seq data. The bundle packages version 1.10.3.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load salmon

Salmon can be run as shown below:

salmon

The salmon_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
