RTG Tools¶
RTG Tools includes several useful utilities for dealing with VCF files and sequence data. The bundle packages version 3.12.1.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The RTG Tools command can be run as shown as below:
The rtgtools_shell command can be run for a shell in the bundle.
