Julia¶

Julia, is a programming language often used in computational science.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The Julia bundle has two variants for julia, the default variant is of version 1.9.1 and the other is of version 1.6.7. The following loads the default variant:

1	`module load julia`

The variant of version 1.6.7 can be loaded as follows:

module load julia release=1.6.7

With the module loaded, Julia can be run as shown below:

julia

The julia_shell can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

1	`julia_shell`
