RAxML¶
RAxML, Randomized Axelerated Maximum Likelihood, can be used for maximum likelihood-based phylogenetic analyses. The bundle packages version 8.2.13.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The RAxML commands can be run as shown below:
The raxml_shell
command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
