RAxML

RAxML, Randomized Axelerated Maximum Likelihood, can be used for maximum likelihood-based phylogenetic analyses. The bundle packages version 8.2.13.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load raxml

The RAxML commands can be run as shown below:

raxmlHPC-PTHREADS-AVX2

The raxml_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
