TempEst

TempEst is used to investigate the temporal signal and 'clocklikeness' of molecular phylogenies. The version packaged is 1.5.3.

UFS HPC Usage Example

TempEst can be used by running the following command, executed in the terminal:

module load tempest
With the module loaded, TempEst can be run as shown below:

tempest
The tempest_shell can be used to obtain a shell in the tempest bundle 
1
tempest_shell
