IVA

IVA is a de novo assembler designed to assemble virus genomes that have no repeat sequences. The iva bundle packages version 1.0.8.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load iva

The IVA utilities can be run as shown below:

iva
iva_qc
iva_qc_make_db

The iva_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the iva bundle.

iva_shell
